House Rules

1. Self Check-in / out:

1.1 Times

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Late Check-out: until 12:00 PM (Subject to charge and only after confirmation by the landlord)

 

1.2 Check-in:

The key to the apartment is located in the key box at the entrance.
For check-in, you will receive the key box code around 2:00 PM. Using this code, you can check in independently.

 

1.3 Check out

For check-out, customers must please return the keys to the key box and transfer the money for the local accommodation tax or leave it in cash. In case of a lost key, an 80 Euro fee must be paid.

 

1.4 Usage

The apartment is intended exclusively for use by the booked number of guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted unless agreed upon in advance and additional fees have been paid.

2. Security and Responsibility

2.1 General

Please always lock the entrance door and the windows of the apartment when leaving. House and courtyard doors must be closed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
We assume no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to the guests' personal belongings. Please keep your valuables safe.

 

2.2. Activities in the apartment

Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the police.

 

2.3 Escape routes

must be kept clear. This applies primarily to stairs, hallways, and courtyard entrances.

 

2.4 Occurring damages

such as burst water pipes, broken windows, etc., must be reported immediately to the landlord or their representative.

3. Avoidance of Noise and Disturbances

3.1 General quiet hours

are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. During these times, special consideration for neighbors is required.

 

3.2 Neighbors

Please do not knock on neighbors' doors or ring neighbors' bells in the entrance area.

4. Children

Parents are liable for their children, provided that unreasonable disturbances to other residents are avoided.

5. Pets

Pets are prohibited inside the apartments.

6. Order in the House

6.1 Parking of items

such as bicycles, motorcycles, and strollers is only allowed in designated areas.

 

6.2 Umbrellas or shoes

must not be left outside the apartment. Do not wear outside shoes inside the apartment; please take them off in the entrance area and use slippers.

7. Cleanliness

7.1 General

• Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Dispose of your trash in the designated containers in the courtyard and do not leave any open food remnants behind.

• If the apartment needs to be cleaned during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it.

• Keep the apartment clean and treat the furnishings with care. In case of damage or loss of items, we reserve the right to demand appropriate compensation. Should there be any damage to beds, furniture, or other items, the customer is obliged to report and pay for the damage.

• Household waste or hazardous substances must not be disposed of down the drain or toilet.

   

  7.2 Cleaning and Winter Service

are handled by an external service provider. Nevertheless, residents are required to keep the apartment and its surroundings in a clean and tidy condition.

8. Strict Smoking Ban

There are a few conditions for booking. First, there is a strict ban on smoking and drugs throughout the entire building and in the courtyard. All rooms are equipped with fire alarms; an alarm costs 1500 Euros, which must be paid by the guest who made the booking.
